Every month, these casual group meetings are for SSU students of all genders to talk, share ideas, and discuss challenges, responsibilities, and advantages of being a man in today’s society.
Facilitated by "Raghav (Ricky) Khanijow , Investigations and Intake Manager in the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination. Ricky completed his Bachelors in Philosophy and his Master’s of Science in Justice, Law, & Criminology. He started his career working with juveniles on probation in the non-profit sector before transitioning into higher ed. Now, he works in OPHD as an Investigations and Intake Manager. As a Bay Area native, he believes in building community so everyone can learn from each other’s challenges and successes. Previously Ricky was a bartender, so he also believes in making semi-tasty drinks for his friends. During his free time, Ricky fosters senior Pitbulls for various rescues, & if you ask him, he absolutely will show you a picture of his most recent one. He also enjoys lying on the beach like a starfish and catching live music at casual places.
