Join the MSI group as we spend the morning providing some love and care to the SSU Garden. Please be sure to bring appropriate clothing: closed toe shoes. Do not bring any clothes that you do not want to get dirty because we will be digging into the dirt. We will provide gloves for those who want to use them. 9:30am - Meet at HUB Cultural Center
- Wait for folks to arrive then walk to SSU Garden

- Interactive tour then discuss activities
10:30am-Garden Work(~ 1hr 30mins)
- Activities: we can rotate groups every 30 mins so everyone gets to do a little bit of everything
- Weeding vegetable beds
- Prepare vegetable beds and plant veggie starts
- Direct seed radish and seed peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers for indoor
- Removing bermuda (invasive grass) from hedgerow
- Removing invasive blackberry from hedgerow
12pm-Reflection (~ 30 min)
